How are employee contributions to a retirement account documented for a pastor? Do they need to appear on the W2 form?

Retirement locations on W2

Is the retirement amount included in the wages box? I know it goes in one of the designated boxes, but is that the only place.
Pastor's retirement contributions

It would not be a bad idea to place the pastor's part of his retirement account contributions on the W-2 to make it a more complete record (box 13 and 14?). It would not be a "have to" situation as there are other records to be kept by the church office of it being withheld from the pastor's pay and forwarded to the investing agent.
