How do you properly fill out a w2 on a tax return when the preachers only income was the housing allowance and boxes 1 and 16 are 0. State and Federal Taxes have been withheld.

W2 and W3

When the Pastor only has a Housing Allowance and their wages are zero. Do you still submit the W2 and a W3 to social security?

Place -0- in Box 1 and put the HA in Box 14, or write a letter to the pastor stating this information.
