Pastor's Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Our pastor and one other employee has money deducted each month to put into a FSA (Flexible Spending Account).

How does this deduction get shown on the W-2 so he does not pay income tax on this amount?

Do I just leave that amount out of his total income on line 1?
