Pastor is ONLY paid housing allowance. Hence, w2 lists $18k in box 14. Question: How to complete w2? Form requires a non-zero number in at least one box. System will not allow me to file a w2 without entering a number in a box other than box 14.

I've used several software programs over the years, and I've run into this problem before, So far, every software I've used has allowed you to enter a zero (0). Just don't try to leave the box blank

I use Quicken Online Payroll to pay each staff member including the one who only gets Housing Allowance. On the W2 he receives $1 on Salary Income and the total Hosing Allowance goes into Box #14 I believe, as Housing Allowance

I've considered just filing a w2 with $1.00 in box 1, $0.00 in all other fields, except the $18k in box 14 which is labeled Housing.

Any thoughts?
