pastor health care

has anyone heard of Christian Health Ministries? http://www.chministries.org/ our pastor recently had us change him to this and I am wondering if it qualifies as an HRA. I asked on their web site but have gotten no reply. I don't want to find out at the end of the year that our church has to add it as income to him.
