new pastor completing form 941

New pastor for one month, but previously working with same organization was not. New pastor now requests voluntary withholding, which I report on form 941 with the rest of employees. Do I also fill out a 941 for the pastor who became pastor in the last month of the qualifying quarter? Do I somehow separate his new "pastor position" from old position on 941 since it is in the same quarter?
