minister paid hourly with HA

We have 3 licensed ministers who are eligible and have been approved for a housing allowance. However, their approved HA amount actually exceeds their earnings. Do we lower their HA amount so that it does not exceed? Any idea what this should look like on the payroll side?

Ministers paid hourly with approved Housing Allowance...

If your church has reasonably approved housing allowances for three qualified ministers who are paid on an hourly basis, then send them each a letter telling them of the approved allowance for the year and let each deal with his/her own individual tax return.
