Some of the ministries have fundraisers and pay individual participants with cash, is this an acceptable ?

Nonprofits paying in cash?

This is never a good idea! Paying in cash is the best way ever to lose track of where money is going. It should be policy of legitimate businesses and organizations to be transparent and above board with every penny received and spent so we are fully accountable.
