If two ministers' families qualify and purchase a home together, live together and share housing expenses, would both ministers be eligible for a housing allowance for their portion of the expenses?

I can't think of anything that would prevent them receiving a housing allowance under this arrangement. They would just need to make sure that they are able to fully document their housing expenses should the IRS auditor show up in the future.
