I am curious as to why you need a contract? Many play for free. If you do pay you have to give them a 1099 if over 600 is paid in a year... do they really need paid? When my daughter was in college a local church gave students 25 dollars a sunday if they showed up for one practice and played that sunday. There was never a contract and they didn't get to the 600 a year requirement. Not sure that info helps but thought I'd mention it.
