If a church creates material for sunday school and small groups and sales them to other churches and groups is all the revenue still untaxed because it is going back into the mission of the church. Train and equip leaders?

Also if a church has been given a house and property as a donation/offering from a member for the church to sale does the church pay taxes on the house being sold?
