Are Reimbursable Health Payments and SS Payments SE Taxable

We reimburse some of our pastor's health insurance expenses, make some pension payments and reimburse about half of his Self-Employment/Medicare payments. Should these reimbursements and payments be calculated in his Self Employment tax calculation?
